Please email us at info@iadairportcarservice.com for any changes in your limo service. Any changes or cancellations made between 12:00AM to 05:00AM via email or phone will not be acknowledged. Cancellations made through email are the only valid cancellations. One will have to cancel the reservations for limousine, 3days (72 hours) ahead of your trip. Any cancellations made after the stipulated time will result in a full charge on your card. For all cancelled limo service, the credit will be processed back on to the customer’s credit card within 24-48 hours (about 2 days).
